The application securely stores profile information and check-in data, allowing for quick and automatic population of entry responses during subsequent visits, thus saving time and reducing administrative burdens.

The check-out process is also optimized for convenience. Users can confirm their departure via automatic notifications, scan QR codes at exit points, or benefit from automatic geofence-based check-out features. Additionally, simple verification of contact details such as mobile number, email, or photo ID broadens access to multiple sites and enhances security protocols.

Designed especially for frequent visitors, contractors, and staff requiring regular site access, eHaris supports rapid sign-in and sign-out with minimal effort—be it through single taps, QR code scans, or swipe gestures directly from the lock screen.
